The letter said that introducement of such a resolution to the U.S. Congress is an unfortunate event which ignores important developments in the relations of Turkey and Armenia. Yalcindag stressed that these issues should be solved between Turkey and Armenia.

Yalcindag wrote that it would be beter to have a policy towards to bring peace and prosperity to the region instead having a narrow agenda.

Yalcindag also attached a report to her letter that calls for attention to the one sided feature of Armenians' thesis and that expresses approach of Turkey on the issue.
