"There is a rather high level of confidence between the parties. We anticipate serious changes in the process of Karabakh conflict settlement", Matthew Bryza said in Baku.

"The next meeting of the Azerbaijani and Armenian Presidents will take place on May 7 in Prague or Brussels if the meeting place is changed. The OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs will return to Baku in the following days", Bryza said, according to "Noyan Tapan" agency.
