Ankara informs Baku administration over the developments in Turkish-Armenian relations step by step. Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan wants to reflect its approach on the issue with "Azerbaijan-Turkey Strategical Partnership and Regional Security" meeting in Ankara in June. But this meeting is nothing more than a symbolic show off. Baku can't read the developments in South Caucasus, does not want to.
