Ruben Safrastyan said, "Turkish officials will make final decision on normalizing relations with Armenia. I think we will learn that decision at the end of April or the begining of May. They will see whether U.S. President Obama say "genocide" or not. Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs has prepared several options and will apply one following the developments in 24 April."

On the other hand speaker of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Tigran Balayan refuted the reports on Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian stating Turkey-Armenia border will open after visit of U.S. President Barack Obama.

Edward Nalbandian is expected to attend Second Forum of United Nations Alliance of Civilizations in Istanbul on 6-7 April.
