ARMENIANS VOTED REPUBLICAN PEOPLE'S PARTY

Turkey's last Armenian village Vakifli elected Republican People's Party in municipal elections that is made in 29 March. Vakifli village had elected Justice and Development Party in the elections in 22 July. Village Headman Berch Kartun said that the decrease in the votes for Justice and Development Party is because of the nominating previous candidate again.

According to the count of the votes, recidents of Vakifli village used 25 votes for Republican People's Party (CHP), 22 votes for Justice and Development Party (AK Parti), 17 votes for Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) and 10 votes for other political parties.
