According to him, he met with Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev, Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Araz Azimov and Minister of Industry and Energy Natig Aliyev to discus issues on Nagorno Karabakh conflict, security and energy.
