Columnist of the newspaper Robert Fisk wrote an article titled, "Will Obama keep his promise related to 'Armenian genocide'?". He wrote that even his pledge on Armenian issue did not create problem in Obama's Turkey visit, he will have to walk on a worse minefiled on 24 April.
Columnist of The Independent reminded Obama's word to Armenian diaspora in United State and said that previous U.S. President Bush and also Clinton had pledged to recognize so called Armenian genocide. "But they couldn't keep their promises after threats of Turkish officials", he added.
Fisk wrote that Obama will not be able to "hurt" a stronger ally of US, Israel about Palestine issue if he will not be able to "hurt" Turkey in Armenian issue.
