Azerbaijani Consul General to Kars Hasan Zeynalov confirmed the development. Zeynalov said that everybody has different opinion about the issue and said, "To the group of journalist which we expected them to come to Turkey today were not given permission to come to Turkey by Turkish officials. So, that plane did not take off from Baku today. But they will come to Kars using different ways. There is no certain date for their coming to Turkey."
