"TURKISH-ARMENIAN RAPPROCHEMENT DOES NOT AFFECT GAS SUPPLY FROM AZERBAIJAN"

Energy Minister Hilmi Guler stated that there is not any problem in this issue that is issued by Azerbaijan to themselves. Refuting reports that tells Azerbaijan may stop gas supply to the fraternal state, Guler reannounced that Turkey and Azerbaijan have np problems.

Energy Minister replied the questions of journalists in Sakarya where he came for introducing system for producing electricity using sea waves. Implying the relations with Armenia, Guler said, "There is not any step made yet, there are only some statements on the issue. I do not think that will affect energy issue." Guler said, "Energy Ministers of Turkey, Greece, Italy and Azerbaijan will meet in Istanbul at the end of this month and they will discuss shipment of Azerbaijani gas to Europe." Guler stated that he sent letters to the European countries that participates Nabucco Project and said, "They sometimes move as a state and sometimes as a company. I asked them to give one decision that they all have consesus on".
