Holding a press-meeting in Yerevan, Kiro Manoyan claimed that the statement of Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan may bring Turkish-Armenian talks to an end and said, "If Turkey sets preconditions Armenia may do the same".
Kiro Manoyan said that the most important thing is establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkey and Armenia and said that the opening of borders is a secondary matter.
