61% OF ARMENIANS AGAINST BETTER RELATIONS WITH TURKEY

Image The survey made among Armenian citizens and Armenian diaspora showed that 61 percent of attendants do not support policies of rapprochement with Turkey.

61 percent of Armenian people attending to the survey made by Ararat Strategical Center stated that they are agains normalization of relations with Turkey. According to the Armenian press, percentage of the attendants who supports policies of Armenian government for normalizing relations with Turkey is only 11%. 20 percent of the attendants said that the relations of Armenia with Turkey should be normalized without damaging national interests of Armenia. 74 percent of attendants consist of citizens of Armenia and rest of the attendants are diasporan Armenians.
