Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that Foreign Minister Ali Babacan and a delegation from minisry will pay a one day visit to Yerevan to attend 20th meeting of Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) Foreign Ministers Council on April 16.
Statement said that BSEC was founded by the initiative of Turkey, by the declaration made during Istanbul summit in 25 June 1992 and became a general organization in 1999 after BSEC Specification came into effect.
Statement pointed that the secretariat of the organization is in Istanbul and said, "BSEC is a general, most comprehensive and economic organization in the region. Turkey pays importance to the BSEC with active attendance to its activities."
