According to report of Novosti-Armenia, Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan said, "I understand very well that relations between Turkey and Armenia is a very sensible issue for Armenians both in Armenia and in the World. If the issue is normalization of relations with Turkey, then we should move leery in our own evaluations and thoughts. I want our people to be sure that it is not our principle to hide any agreement from our community. In my opinion this issue should be discussed by people, cause government does not hide anything from people".

Armenian Prime Minister said, "When this document will be presented to parliament, people and parliamentarians will state their opinions. The decision will be made by parliamentarians and their decree cannot be denied. If we should consider this issue in the view of national interests, foreign policy of Armenia should not be based on Anti-Turk policies but should be based on pro-Armenian policies".

Stating that the issues of recognition of Kars agreement by Armenia and establishment of a joint historians committee were not included in the clauses of the 'raodmap' agreement, Sargsyan said, "Because parties negotiating without any pre-conditions, pre-agreement should be reached in other issues. There is not any precondition for opening of borders and establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkey and Armenia."
