E-mail Print PDF
Image Turkish Prime Minister is expected to soothe concerns of Azerbaijan over Turkey-Armenia thaw.

The 'roadmap' agreement signed between Turkey and Armenia to normalize bilateral relations is keeping its place in Azerbaijani public opinion. Baku wants the process to be continued parallel to the resolution of Karabakh conflict and waits for the visit of Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan to Baku.

Azerbaijani Parliamentarian Panah Huseyin said that they do not want Turkey-Armenia border to be opened before resolution of Karabakh problem. He said that an enforcement from Azerbaijan to Turkey is not matter of discussion. Penah Huseyin said that the relations between Turkey and Armenia should not damage the relations between Turkey and Azerbaijan.

On the other hand OSCE Minsk Group co-President Matthew Bryza claimed that Karabakh conflict will be resolved within a few months and stated that this issue will contribute normalization of relations between Turkey and Armenia.
