Chief of Etnology Department in Caucasus Institute, Sergey Arutyunov stated that opening of Turkey-Armenia border is very important for Armenia and added that it will be beneficial.
Interviewing to Novosti-Armenia, Armenian descent Russian expert said that normalization of relations between Turkey and Armenia is inevitable. Arutyunov said,
