Spokesman for Presidency of Armenia, Samvel Farmanyan said that the meeting between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian President Serzh Sarksyan in Prague is beneficial.
Farmanyan said that both Armenian and Azerbaijani President ordered their Minister of Foreign Affairs to go on with working in coordination with OSCE Minsk Group Co-representatives and to make preparations for next meeting.
According to the report of Yerevan based Mediamax agency, Farmanyan reminded Moscow visit of Armenian President Serzh Sarksyan and said that the determination of the status of Nagorno Karabakh has priority in talks.
On the other hand, German Prime Minister Angela Merkel said that they support the process of normalization between Turkey and Armenia. Farmanyan said that, meeting with Armenian President Sarksyan, German PM Angela Merkel said that they back efforts for normalization of Turkish-Armenian relations.
