Former Azerbaijani Premier Rahim Huseyinov stated that Turkey should not open borders with Armenia before resolution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
Huseyinov said that Turkey-Azerbaijan relations has a deep rooted past and said that decision could damage friendship and brotherhood between two countries should not be made.
Reminding that he was Deputy Prime Minister from 1974 to 1989 and Prime Minister of Azerbaijan between 1992-1993, Huseyinov said that Azerbaijan and Turkish officials had sincer relations in that period too.
