One of the senior Armenian expert, Director of Department of Turkish Studies at Institute of Oriental Studies, Armenian National Academy of Sciences, Ruben Safratsyan stated that the choice of Ahmet davutoglu for the chair of Ministry of Foreign Affairs is good for Armenia and said that he is sure that Davutoglu will work for establishment of ties between Turkey and Armenia without preconditions.
Giving interview to journalists, Safratsyan said that Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu underlined the importance of the regional foreign policy of Turkey. Safratsyan said that Davutoglu stressed that Turkey aims zero problem with its neighbours.
According to the report of Armenian Panorama website, Safratsyan said that he is sure that Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu will work for normalization of ties between Turkey and Armenia without any precondition.
