Restoration of the Armenian-Turkish relations can have a positive impact on resolving the Karabakh conflict though indirectly, says the former head of the mediation mission of Russia and the OSCE Minsk Group, Ambassador Vladimir Kazimirov.
There are some achievements in the issues where profound differences have been formed for centuries and today it might be a stimulus for resolution". said Kazimirov in Yerevan on Thursday at the international conference "Revaluation of the safe environment in the Caucasus: regional conflicts, stability and transformation". However, according to the Ambassador, this is a private, but not the determining factor to resolve the situation.
