According to Armenian mass media, Azerbaijani and Armenian intellectuals, as a sign of establishing dialogue, are planning to organize mutual visits to Khankendi, Yerevan and Baku in July of this year.

Notably, a similar meeting was held on June 28 of 2007.

Director of e-library Armenianhouse.org Karen Vrtanesyan said “this dialogue was doomed to failure from the start.”

In turn, candidate of psychology, military psychologist David Jamalyan noted: “If we deceive ourselves by this opinion and decide to attend such meetings, it is weakening the feeling of danger among Armenians and in this case, our situation is worsening.”

Referring to a study, held in Armenia and Azerbaijan, he announced that “Azerbaijanis hate Armenians more than Armenians does to Azerbaijanis.”
