“I would not say that Turkey has taken time out in the Armenian-Turkish relations, I think, they are getting prepared for penalty kick,” Kiro Manoyan, one of the leaders of ARF Dashnaktsutiun and the head of Armenian Cause Office said today. According to him it seems Armenia has quitted the negotiations and Turkey continues claiming about the preconditions. “The party thinks that Armenia should announce that as Turkey started to negotiate with preconditions, we leave the negotiations,” Manoyan said emphasizing that though the negotiations are frozen Turkey continues making pressures on Armenia.

Regarding the Iran developments and their impact on Armenia, the politician said: “Some processes in Iran surely can have both foreign and in-house influence.” The most important for Armenia is the stability in Iran, the expert said.
