A new resolution that aims to authorize American courts about penalizing responsibles of guilt of genocide.
The resolution that is presented to U.S. Senate by Senator Durbin, authorizes American courts to penalize the act of genocide in case responsibles are not penalized in the international area. By the new resolution that is backed by Armenian Assembly of America (AAA), Armenians in the United States will be able to sue Turkish people. Democrat Senator of Wisconsin, Senator Durbin is also one of the strongest supporters of the resolution that recognizes so called Armenian genocide.
