
According to the report of Public Radio of Armenia, experts from Turkey and Armenia prepared a joint report on process of dialogue and relations between Turkey and Armenia. To prepare the report, Director of the Caucasus Institute Alexander Iskandaryan and Deputy Director Sergey Minasyan cooperated with experts of the Turkish Economic and Social Studies Foundation (TESEV), Aybars Gorgulu and Sabiha Senyucel. Experts from Turkey and Armenia stated in the report that they agree on establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkey and Armenia without any preconditions. They stated that the football game between Turkish and Armenian national teams on October may be a turning point for relations.

Deputy Director of Caucasus Institute Sergey Minasyan stated that Armenian and Turkey experts agreed on establishment of diplomatic relations between two countries without any precondition.
Minasyan said that the football game between Turkish and Armenian national teams in Turkey in October, may be a turning point for the relations between two countries.
