Holding normalization talks in the mediation of Switzerland, Turkey and Armenia could not come over the issue of Nagorno-Karabakh. Representing Turkey in Corfu meeting, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu shaked hands with his Armenian colleague Edward Nalbandian before the dinner yesterday, but he avoided to have bilateral meeting with him whole day. Foreign Minister Davutoglu and Armenian Foreign Minister Nalbandian did not come together for signing the document which will carry the “roadmap” agreement into effect.
