“Any relationship between Turkey and Armenia is out of the question while Karabakh problem is remaining unresolved,” Turkish State Minister Faruk Celik told Azerbaijani journalists during the Third Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions in Astana, Kazakhstan, APA reported.

He said Turkey supported the dialogue. “It will be better if the dialogues and negotiations turn into the action. Unfortunately the negotiated issues remain only words.”
