CYPRIOT GREEKS SUPPORT ARMENIANS IN THE ISSUE OF KARABAKH

 Holding an official visit to Armenia, Head of Greek Populated Southern Cyprus Dimitris Hristofyas stated that they support Armenia in the issue of negotiations for resolution of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. He also said that neighbour countries should establish relations without any preconditions.

Armenian media reported that Leader of Greek Populated Southern Cyprus Dimitris Hristofyas stated Greeks supports Armenia’s position in the negotiations for resolution of Nagorno-Karabakh problem. Hristofyas also said that Armenia and Greek Populated Part of Cyprus have similar approaches to the international issues. He said that they support resolution of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict should be solved in the frames of OSCE Minks Group.

Public Radio of Armenia stated that Armenian and Cypriot Greeks stressed that neighbouring countries should establish and develop relations without preconditions.
