“Resolution of the Armenia-Turkey ties and Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is a difficult task.”

They are taking place simultaneously, but separately, French co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Bernard Fassier told reporters.

He said if progress is achieved in any of them, it will have a positive impact on the other.

“If one of these processes is stalled, if will probably harm the other,” Fassier said.

U.S.co-chair Matthew Bryza said these are totally different processes. One of them can run faster and the other at a slow pace. But if progress is reached, the atmosphere will be improved
