“It's difficult to say what results will give the meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents in Moscow on July 17.

But during my visit to the region, I witnessed the Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents' constructive approaches to the regulation of Nagorno Karabakh conflict,” American Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Matthew Bryza told “Panarmenian,” APA reports. According to him, the latest developments are increasing the optimism: “We expect more progress from Moscow meeting than St. Petersburg meeting.”
