“The various documents, as well as the Western countries confirm that Russia cannot delay the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict for twenty years more not making concrete proposals and satisfying only with official statements,” vice president of the Russian Strategic Development Center Grigory Trophimchuk told APA correspondent in Moscow. He said tripartite meeting between the Azerbaijani, Armenian and Russian presidents worsened the situation because there were no real results of documents in those meetings. “On the other hand, the West or other institutions can use this situation,” said the analyst. The expert said Russia intended to step back from the settlement of the conflict and was involving other institutions in the process. “Russia must intensify its activity and undertake the solution to the conflict. Otherwise Turkey, US or European Union will do that,” Trophimchuk said.
