RUSSIAN "KOMMERSANT" REPORTS REFERENDUM DISCUSSED AT NEGOTIATIONS

The Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan have discussed during their Moscow negotiations referendum procedure to define the final status of Nagorno-Karabakh, Russian “Kommersant” reports referring to anonym source from Russian Foreign Ministry.

It is said that Armenia and Azerbaijan has not made agreements on any of Madrid Principles; the negotiations are held behind closed doors; and that the principle item discussed at the Presidents' meeting was the status of NKR and the self-determination right of its people.

Note that the Presidents“previous meeting was held in Moscow. The Presidents did not made any official statement, though Armenian party assessed it constructive.
