“Dashnaksutun operates upon order of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.”

“He financed all-Armenian forum of Dashnaksutun held in Khankandi on July 10—11,” coordinator of the Union of Armenian Volunteers and former commander of the special Shusha battalion Zhirair Sefilyan told reporters.

He said he has reliable information that the forum was financed by president's brother Sashik Sargsyan. The aim was to use this show as a tool in talks on resolution of the Karabakh problem, Sefilyan said.

Sefilyan strongly criticized Dashnaksutun's position regarding the Karabakh conflict settlement.

“Where were Dashnaks 10 years ago? Why diaspora does not use its forces to form international view on Karabakh?” Sefilyan asked.
