Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stated that the issue of Nagorno-Karabakh will find its solution if Armenia takes Azerbaijan’s increasing opportunities into consideration.

Aliyev stated that the proposals that are discussed at negotiation table can solve the issue.

Evaluating 6 months of the activities of Azerbaijani government in a press conference, Azerbaijani President stated that Azerbaijan’s opportunities are increased in the areas of economy, military, politics and diplomacy.

Aliyev stated that the problem of Nagorno-Karabakh will be solved if Armenia takes these into consideration. Stating that the most important issues in the process of settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict are withdrawal of Armenian forces from Azerbaijani land and return of Azerbaijani refugees to their homes, Aliyev stated that international law and international organizations supports position of Azerbaijan in this aspect.

Touching the issue of the status of Nagorno-Karabakh that is brought to agenda by Armenian President Serzh Sarksyan, Aliyev said that Karabakh Armenians and Azerbaijani Turks will live in autonomous Nagorno-Karabakh.

Aliyev stated that the proposals that are discussed on the negotiation table can solve the dispute between two countries.
