The U. S. Congress co-chairs on Armenian affairs are intended to send two letters to the U. S. President Barack Obama. One of the messages will remind the president that during his electoral campaign he promised that seperatist Armenian administration of Nagorno-Karabakh should be included in the negotiations held over the conflict and that the conflict should be settled through peaceful negotiations. And the second one encourages the president not to link Armenian-Turkish ties with Karabakh conflict, Arpi Vardanyan, the director of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh offices of Armenian Assembly of America told the reporters at news conference.
“Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement is possible only after the complete participation of that party to the negotiations,” she said.
