282 PERSONS ARE WANTED UNDER GENOCIDE CHARGES IN KHOJALY

The tragedies in Khojaly, Garadaghli, Meshali and Baghanis-Ayrim, terrorism, as well as tortures of captured people and other criminal actions committed by the Armenian armed forces fell under the articles of the Criminal Code about the genocide, said Azerbaijan's military prosecutor Khanlar Veliyev in the collegial meeting of his office on Friday, APA reports.

The criminal cases on the above-mentioned facts are investigated under the article 103 and other articles about the genocide.

The military prosecutor added that 282 persons are wanted for those crimes and intensive investigative-operational measures are continued.
