
U. S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Matthew Bryza stated that Nagorno-Karabakh should participate the peace talks between Azerbaijan and Armenia. U.S. diplomat said that Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev came with constructive suggestions while Armenian leader did not make any proposals but just listed demands of Armenia.
