Established for seeking a solution to long standing Karabakh-Conflict, Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Minsk Group  U. S. Co-chair Matthew Bryza stated that the process of rapprochement between Turkey and Armenia slowed down.

Talking to Radio Liberty, U.S. Co-chair said, “Developments slowed down.”

Bryza said, “Just a few months ago i was sure that the relations between Turkey and Armenia will be developed and the dispute of Nagorno-Karabakh will be solved. But developments slowed down.”

Stating that currently parties are trying to develop a new strategy, U. S. Official said that Turkey, Azerbaijan and Armenia are on that point now.

Bryza said that the process of normalization of relations between Turkey and Armenia, and the process of resettlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict are seperate processes.
