The statement by the President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan made at yesterday’s joint press conference with President of Serbia that his visit to Turkey is possible only in case of opening of the Armenian-Turkish border or prior to this event, found a response in the Turkish media and was regarded as a “hard.”

Thus, the Turkish newspaper Radikal noted that Azerbaijan had been unhappy about the fact that the agenda of normalizing Armenian-Turkish relations does not include question of ending occupation of Azerbaijani territories by Armenia.

Turkish newspaper Zaman reported that Ankara notifies Baku about each step in the Armenian-Turkish talks. The newspaper also said one should not expect any progress in Armenian-Turkish relations until Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is solved.
