“It is very easy to be an Azerbaijani hacker in Armenia. It benefits everyone” both hackers and so-called experts.“

Armenian expert specialized at programming and IT technologies, who spoke in condition of anonymity, said.

A source said most of the recent hacker attacks have been carried by Armenian hackers under the guise of Azerbaijanis.

“The Web site of my company was also hacked recently by Armenians under guise of Azerbaijanis,” he said.

He said there is ample reason for this. Sometimes, companies hire hackers to hack Web sites of competitors. Sometimes it is necessary to erase and destroy any information and here hacker can be very useful. “It is not our fault, this is the fault of Azerbaijani and Turkish hackers!”

Moreover, Web sites are hacked in order to obtain certain information, such as databases or e-mail addresses. “For example access to 1,000 e-mail addresses costs $ 200. By hacking two Web sites, you can get up to 5000 e-mail.”

“People have watched Hollywood movies a lot and most think that it does not cost much to crack the Web site. Hacking a site is not like robing a bank. Almost no Website can be hacked without knowing the password which is very complicated cryptography and no hacker can calculate it,” a source said.

“It is not ruled out that some people gather those passwords,” he said.
