Armenian citizen Andranik Hermine met Turkish businessman Ersin Mati in Armenia and they decided to marry. Armenian bride, recited kalima shahadah and changed her religion into Islam in Orhangazi, Bursa. Mufti of Orhangazi, Lutfu Atay presented a translation of Koran and catechism to Armenian citizen.
Turkish businessman Ersin Mati went to Armenia for making trade, and there he met and married Armenian citizen Adranik Hermine, who afterwards changed her name into “Emine.” Love between Ersin Mati and a Christian Adranik Hermine, 32, took them to wedding table. Marrying with Turkish businessman on July 16th, Armenian citizen recited kalima shahadah and became a muslim.
During the ceremony that is held for Armenian citizen, Orhangazi district Mufti Lutfu Akay told Adranik about the religion Islam. Stating that Islam is the last and prevailing religion, Lutfu Akay adviced Adranik Hermine to perform the requirements of religion. Reciting kalima shahadah with mufti, Adranik Hermine became a Muslim and changed her name into “Emine.” Lutfu Atay presented a Turkish translation of Koran and catechism to Armenian citizen. Emine stated that Turkish family structure and Islam has impressed her and that she decided to marry Turkish businessman after falling in love with him.
