“The last statement by OSCE Minsk Group  U. S. co-chair Matthew Bryza reflects U.S. Department of States’ stance on this issue,” U. S. Congressman Frank Pallone said in an interview with Armenian Reporter.

He said the Department of State prioritizes the principle of territorial integrity, but not self-determination.

“Department of State will be against recognition of Nagorno-Karabakh's independence. I believe personally that the United States should recognize Nagorno-Karabakh. But it would be hard to do it,” Pallone said.
