"TURKEY TO REMOVE BLOCKADE AGAINST ARMENIA WITHOUT PRECONDITIONS"

Holding an official visit to Croatia, Armenian President Serzh Sarksyan informed his Croatian colleague Stjepan Mesich about the process of normalization of relations between Turkey and Armenia. “We reached on agreement that the removal of blockade against Armenia will be made without any preconditions.”

Discussing the recent progress in the relations between Turkey and Armenia and the process of resolution of Nagorno-Karabakh problem with Croatian President Stjepan Mesich, Armenian President Serzh Sarksyan said,

“We agreed with Turkey that establishment of normal relations between two countries and removal of blockade against Armenia will be made without any preconditions. This is the only style of neighbourly living in the twenty-first century.”

According to the report of Public Radio of Armenia, Croatian President Mesich stated that he welcomes the initiative towards normalization of relations between Turkey and Armenia. He said that the normalization will contribute peace and security in the region.
