Stating that Alican border check-point between Turkey and Armenia should not be opened before Armenia pays the penalty for the occupied lands and for the blood of victims of Armenian atrocity, Gulbey said, “Armenian President Serzh Sarksyan has a finger in the massacre that is held in Karabakh, he should not set foot on our sacred land.”
Gulbey said, “We are against opening of Alican border check-point unless Armenia returns occupied lands of Azerbaijan, gives up with the claims of so called Armenian genocide and recognizes territorial integrity of Turkey. The massacre that happened is Khojaly in 1992 is still fresh in our memories. There are problems about that issue, these issues should be solved.
It should not be a fait accompli. We can approach this issue moderately only after Nagorno-Karabakh problem and these issues are resolved. We are not a revengeful nation but Armenian diaspora should end its efforts in the World about spreading their lies. They are showing Mount Agri within their territory. They should extract that from their constitutional law.“
Stating that Armenians gave moral and material damage to Azerbaijan with occupying Nagorno Karabakh, Gulbey said, “Armenians occupied 13,210 square meter Azerbaijani land. They slaughtered 20,000 Azerbaijani. They gave $60 billion of material damage. 1 million 200 thousand Azerbaijani had to leave their land because of this occupation.”
