TURKISH AND ARMENIAN EXPERTS REACHED A CONSENSUS

It is reported that Turkish and Armenian experts came to an agreement for establishment of diplomatic relations without “preconditions.” Turkish and Armenian experts prepared a joint report about dialogue and possible cooperation between two countries.

Studying with Turkish experts for preparing the report, deputy chairman of Caucasus Institute Sergey Minasyan stated that experts from two countries arrived at an agreement towards establishment of diplomatic relations without preconditions. “The match in October might be a turning point for the relations between Turkey and Armenia,” said he.

According to the report of Public Radio of Armenia, experts from Turkey and Armenia prepared a joint report about dialogue and possible cooperation between two countries.

It is reported that experts from TESEV, Aybars Gorgulu and Sabiha Senyucel Gundogar from Turkey and Head of Caucasus Institute in Armenia Alexander Iskandaryan and Sergey Minasyan from Armenia participated to the preparation of joint report.

The report that is prepared by the cooperation of Turkish and Armenian experts deeply analysis the bilateral relations between two countries and proposes suggestions towards normalization of relations. Informing press about the report, Minasyan stated that Turkish and Armenian experts agrees that the diplomatic relations between Turkey and Armenia should be established without preconditions.

Minasyan also stated that the soccer game between Turkish and Armenian national teams in October might be a turning point for the relations between two countries.
