Armenia is not happy with the Madrid Principles, Armenian Foreign Minister Minister Edward Nalbandyan stated in country’s parliament.
“The Armenian side accepted them only as a basis for further negotiations with Azerbaijan,” he said.
The Minister disproved the opinion that the Armenian side fully approves of the Madrid Principles.
