The agreements between Turkey and Armenia will be signed on Oct. 13, Turkey-based Milliyyet newspaper reported quoting sources in country's Foreign Ministry as saying.

The protocols will be signed by Ahmet Davutoglu and Edward Nalbadyan a day before the return football match between Turkish and Armenian teams.

The fate of protocols will then depend on Turkish parliament's decision.

During this time, Turkey will closely monitor the actions of Armenia in the Karabakh settlement, and the parliament will take into account this factor for ratification of these agreements. So now everything will depend on Armenia, a senior official told the newspaper.
