“Turkey will not reopen the borders with Armenia or ratify the bilateral protocols unless Nagorno Karabakh conflict is solved,” ex-president of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan said, APA reported quoting Novosti-Armenia.

Ter-Petrosyan told his supporters that irrespective of the results of the negotiations between the two countries President Sargsyan will leave for Bursa to watch Turkey-Armenia football match.

“He is considered father of „football diplomacy.“ Refusing the visit may make Armenia a laughing-stock,” he said.
