Numan Kurtulmus, Turkish politician, Islamic Felicity Party (Saadet) representative commented on the prospects of Turkish-Armenian border opening.

While Turkish Governmental authorities meet with local political parties and discuss the provisions of the Protocols, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu stated that will not take steps against Azerbaijani national interests. However Numan Kurtulmus went to even greater lengths, saying “Armenian-Turkish borders cannot be open until Armenia withdraws its troops from “occupied” Nagorno-Karabakh territories.
