Negotiating for resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict regularly for more than one year, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian President Serzh Sarksyan will meet again soon. Parties will gather to discuss the disputes between two country on October 10 in capital of Moldova, Chisinau during the next summit of Commenwealth of Independent States.

Two leaders had met in Prag on last May and lastly in Moscow on June and July. There were rumours that two leaders will sign a protocol, although expectations did not come true. Experts again expect that Aliyev and Sarksyan may reach a deal and sign protocols towards resolution of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict on October 10.

It is reported that Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Memmedyarov and Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian will meet during the General Assembly meeting of United Nations in New York and will make preparations for the meeting of two presidents. Co-chairs of OSCE Minsk Group Yuri Merzliakov (Russia), Robert Bradtke(USA) and Bernard Fassie (France) will also attend these meetings.

Diplomatic sources state that US authorities also came into action following the initiation of process of normalization of relations between Turkey and Armenia, and that there is more hope for the resolution of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and returning 7 surrounding regions around Nagorno-Karabakh to Azerbaijan.
