“The protocols on the normalization of Armenia-Turkey relations are in line with Armenia's policy to normalize the relations with Turkey without any initial stipulations,” Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Arman Kirakossian said, APA reported. He called on the political forces and public not to fall into euphoria.

“The signing and ratification of the documents requires time. I think both protocols are in line with the policy to normalize the relations with Turkey without any initial stipulations. Turkey-Armenia borders will be reopened two months after the ratification. But I can not say exactly when the borders will be reopened. The question is the six-week internal discussions, if everything is all right, these documents will be signed and presented to the parliament for ratification,” he said.
