Stating that Nationalist Movement Party is against bringing protocols to the parliament, Sandir said, “MHP is against this boldness of Justice and Development Party. We demand for PM Erdogan to keep his promise that he gave to Azerbaijan.
Normalization of relations with Armenia is not Turkey’s problem, but the demand of EU, and order of U.S. President Barack Obama to Justice and Development Party. Therefore, Turkey cannot sacrifice its friendship with its relatives for the orders of EU and United States. They cannot dare such thing. If they dare doing such thing, Nationalist Movement Party, we will accuse Justice and Development Party government of deception, and we complain them to Turkish nation.“
Stating that protocols that initialized with Armenia and visit of Armenian President Serzh Sarksyan make Azerbaijani people angry and hurt Turkish people, Sandir said, “If PM insists on hosting anti-Turkish President of Armenia to Turkey, laying red carpets in his way, i have an advise for him. He should host Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev at the same time, to watch the soccer game all together. No one has the right to cheer up Armenia and to sadden our Azerbaijani brothers. Mr. President and Mr. Prime Minister should be capable to convince Azerbaijani President to the soccer game too, otherwise they will hurt Turkish people and sadden our Azerbaijani brothers. We are calling Prime Minister Erdogan to keep his promise.”
